Monday Nights are for MEDITATION
In addition to her weekly Thursday morning Kundalini Yoga class at 9am, Breane is adding a 6-week meditation series using the technology of Kundalini yoga. Come to a couple or all of them- you may use your yoga packages. This practice helps balance the nervous and endocrine systems, bringing clarity and a heightened sense of self.
Attention will be given to breath, mantra, and meridian lines to enhance a feeling of well-being and serenity while keeping the body’s systems running at optimal levels.
Start your week with the magic of meditation. 6 pm Jan 6th - Feb 10th
There's a few more weeks to Ignite the Light with Bridget during her Thursday series at 7pm!
